Krista is an accomplished Realtor in Scottsdale and surrounding cities.  Known for her integrity, attention to detail, market expertise, and ability to make every move seamless, she’s trusted by Scottsdale sellers and buyers alike. Krista specializes in Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, and the greater Phoenix region, protecting her clients’ equity and preventing costly mistakes.  For nearly two decades, she’s served move-up buyers and sellers, relocation clients, and investors building portfolios.  She positions herself as a consultant and operates on her clients’ timeline while advocating for their goals.

She is a Broker Associate, Certified Luxury Home Specialist, REAL Luxury member, and Certified Negotiation Expert. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Arizona.

Krista grew up in Kansas City, shaped by Midwestern roots and community-first values. She moved to The Valley of the Sun in 2004 and has called the Scottsdale–Phoenix Metro area home ever since.  A lifelong runner, Krista has completed several marathons with more on the docket.  She logs countless miles on Scottsdale and Phoenix roads, and the discipline she brings to training mirrors the focus she brings to her real estate practice.  She’s grateful for the local running community and has been instrumental in its growth.
