Originally from Overland Park, KS, Krista relocated to Arizona in 1996 and is an alumna of The University of Arizona.  She settled in Scottsdale in 2004, a place she's cherished for over two decades.  Krista's 16-year journey in the real estate realm as a full-time agent launched from an earlier career in the mortgage industry.  Since then, she has expertly steered through the vibrant and competitive markets of Scottsdale, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, and other cities within Greater Phoenix.  Her direct involvement as a property owner and investor gives her a distinctive edge in providing insightful guidance.  Celebrated as a top producer within a nationally recognized Keller Williams team early in her career and later as a solo agent in the top 5%, Krista's achievements have earned her a spotlight in Phoenix Magazine. Her strategic move to Compass, a firm revered for its exclusive luxury portfolio and later integrated into Compass, has broadened her professional horizon with a global clientele.  In 2024, Krista augmented her credentials by securing her broker's license. 
 
Outside of real estate, Krista is an avid distance runner.  She has completed 11 full marathons, including the iconic Boston Marathon of which she recently re-qualified and will run in 2025.  Seizing every opportunity to travel the world, she also has diverse interests ranging from golf to history and finance, coupled with an enthusiasm for aviation.
